About Forge

Built for professionals who are tired of applying blind.

Forge combines career psychology, practical technology leadership, and AI-assisted analysis to help people make better career decisions.

The problem

Job boards show openings. They rarely show direction.

A role can look attractive and still pull a career off course. Forge was created to evaluate opportunities against the person, the evidence they have built, and the destination they are trying to reach.

The goal is not to automate judgment. It is to make the important tradeoffs visible before someone invests time, energy, or reputation in the wrong move.

Evidence

Ground decisions in what is real.

Experience, achievements, skills, constraints, compensation, and job requirements belong in the same view.

Direction

Evaluate the move, not just the match.

Forge considers how an opportunity supports the next role and the longer-term destination.

Human judgment

Keep people in the decision.

AI can surface patterns quickly. Professionals still own the choices, context, and consequences.

What Forge is becoming

A better operating system for career decisions.

Job discovery, fit analysis, career roadmaps, opportunity deep dives, application tracking, and strategist review should work together—not live in disconnected tools.
