This policy explains what Forge Career Intelligence Framework collects, why it is used, and the choices available to account holders.

Forge processes information needed to provide career profiling, job matching, fit analysis, application tracking, career roadmaps, subscriptions, and coaching services. Forge does not make employment or hiring decisions for employers.
Account information may include a name, email address, authentication details, and subscription status. Career information may include roles, experience, education, skills, achievements, resume content, salary preferences, location preferences, career targets, applications, and feedback you submit.
Forge may also collect product usage information, device and browser details, approximate location derived from an internet address, diagnostic logs, and communications with support or coaching staff.
Information is used to authenticate accounts, personalize career intelligence, retrieve and rank opportunities, generate fit analysis and roadmaps, track applications, provide coaching, process subscriptions, secure the service, troubleshoot problems, and improve Forge.
Forge relies on service providers to operate parts of the product. These may include Supabase for authentication and data services, Stripe for payments and billing, Google services for coaching scheduling and meetings, OpenAI for AI-assisted analysis, and job-data providers used to retrieve opportunity listings. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Career profile, resume, preference, and job information may be processed by AI services to produce analysis. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before making a career decision.
Forge retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
You may update information through your account and may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Forge. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute resolution.
Forge is not intended for children under 13, and Forge does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
