Is Forge a job board?
No. Forge uses live opportunities as market evidence, but its purpose is to help professionals evaluate jobs and make stronger career decisions.
Does Forge rely only on résumé keywords?
No. Keyword overlap can be useful, but Forge also considers demonstrated experience, responsibilities, preferences, career direction, and the quality of the available evidence.
What happens when a salary is not posted?
A missing salary does not automatically exclude an otherwise relevant opportunity. Forge identifies the missing information so the user can account for that uncertainty.
Can I explore a career outside my saved target?
Yes. Forge Pro members can explore additional roles without replacing the career destination saved in their profile.
