These terms govern access to Forge Career Intelligence Framework, including career intelligence, subscriptions, and coaching services.

By creating an account or using Forge, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your sign-in credentials.
Forge provides informational tools to support career decisions. Scores, matches, roadmaps, AI analysis, job listings, and coaching do not guarantee employment, interviews, compensation, promotion, or any specific outcome. You remain responsible for verifying listings and making application and career decisions.
Opportunity information may come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or inaccurate. Forge does not control employer postings or third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, or hiring practices.
Paid features are billed through Stripe under the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added. Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation details are presented during checkout or in the billing portal. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, charges already paid are not refundable.
Coaching sessions and strategist review requests are subject to availability. They provide career guidance, not legal, financial, mental health, or employment-placement services. Scheduling, rescheduling, and any fees are shown before confirmation.
You may not misuse Forge, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy the service at scale, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Forge to violate another party’s rights.
You retain ownership of information and materials you submit. You give Forge permission to process that material only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Forge and its original software, design, branding, and content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Forge may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Access may be restricted or terminated when these terms are violated, when required for security or law, or when the service is discontinued. You may stop using Forge at any time.
Forge is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Forge disclaims warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular career outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Forge is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from use of the service.
These terms may be updated as Forge evolves. Continued use after an updated effective date means the revised terms apply. Questions may be sent to support@forgecif.com.
