AIR means Action, Impact, Result. Explain what you did, why it mattered, and the measurable or observable result. Use real outcomes and never invent a metric.

Example: “Automated endpoint deployment workflows, reducing manual setup time and accelerating new-hire readiness.”

Job Fit compares employer requirements with the evidence in your profile and résumé. Career Fit asks whether the role’s responsibilities, compensation, scope, and trajectory move you toward your selected destination.

You can be qualified for a job that is still a weak long-term move.

Skill Match measures one part of the opportunity. The complete evaluation also considers experience, responsibilities, leadership scope, compensation, location, work arrangement, constraints, missing evidence, and career direction. A 100% Skill Match does not automatically make the whole opportunity a strong fit.

Listings can close, move, require an employer account, or change after Forge discovers them. Forge may identify links as available, closed, gated, or unreachable, but the source can change later. Report the job title, company, and affected URL.

A deep dive compares the saved profile, processed résumé, and listing. It explains strengths, requirements not yet demonstrated, application priorities, résumé positioning, interview preparation, improvement actions, and cautions.

Missing evidence is not the same as missing ability. Add relevant proof instead of assuming Forge knows work you have not documented.

The Career Roadmap turns recurring market requirements and profile gaps into development goals. Pro members can review items, record progress, and capture achievements. Pro currently includes 20 roadmap updates each month.
